ECO Platform
ECO is a multipurpose platform that allows integrating advanced natural language processing capabilities into your workflows.
For visual instructions and further technical information, you can download the detailed manual in PDF format at the following link:
Access

Model management and cloning
To manage your models, you must access the Corporate tab and click on Models. In this section, you will find all available models along with their details (name, description, language pairs, parent model, update/usage dates, and whether they are clonable or trainable).
Management Icons
On the right-hand side of each model, you will see several icons to perform different actions:
![]()
(From the left to the right)

Clones are created to specialize a generic engine for a specific domain.
- Click on the Clone icon (the third icon) of the model you wish to copy.
- Enter the required information:

- Trainable: Choose "Yes" to allow indexing references.
- Click on Save.
- The new clone will appear in the "Models" list and will be an exact copy of the "parent" model until you train it.
How to Upload References (Training)
To adapt a cloned model with your own data, you must upload references in .tmx (Translation Memory Exchange) format.
- In the "Models" tab, locate your clone and click on the Train icon (the fourth icon).
- An upload window will appear. Drag your files or click to select them.
- Accepted formats: Individual
.tmxfiles or a.zipfolder containing multiple.tmxfiles (do not include folders inside the zip). - Encoding: Ensure the

- Click on Send.
- To monitor the progress, click on the Trainings icon. Once the status changes to Finished, all references are properly indexed and can be used.
User Assignment

FAQ
File and Process Management
Can I upload multiple files at once?
A: Yes, as long as they share the same language combination. For different language pairs, you must create separate processes.
The file has been in "Processing" status for a long time:
A: Try refreshing the page. If it hasn't finished after an hour, contact support and avoid re-uploading the same file repeatedly.
Is the original format maintained?
A: The platform preserves the original layout, although complex styles (very specific bolding or italics) might require minor revision.
Where I can check usage stats?
A: Check stats section.
Security and Privacy
How are my data protected?
A: The process is completely hermetic. Training TMX files are for the client's exclusive use, are deleted after the process, and are never shared.
Does data remain on the server?
A: Texts are loaded into volatile memory and vanish after translation. Source and temporary files are completely deleted upon task completion.
How I can edit my personal información (name, email, password)?
A: You can edit in the profile section.
Models and Clones
Can I delete a created clone?
A: Yes, by using the trash can icon. Note that this action is permanent and the configuration cannot be recovered.
How long does training take?
A: Depending on the data volume, it can take from a few minutes to several hours. The engine will be available when the status changes to "Finished".
What is the maximum size of TMX files for training models?
A: The current maximum allowed size is 250 MB. If the size of the TMXs you want to upload is greater than 250 MB, please split them and upload them separately or included them in a zip folder.
Common Errors
Error uploading references (TMX):
A: Ensure the encoding is UTF-8, that the file does not contain internal folders (if it is a .zip), and that segments are correctly aligned.
